Founded in 2012 by Merrick Rosenberg and Jeff Backal, Take Flight Learning has reinvented how people learn about themselves and others. After introducing the classic DISC styles to more than 100,000 people around the world, Merrick reimagined the four styles by linking them to Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls in his first book Taking Flight! From there, things took off.
Take Flight Learning offers a series of training programs and certifications based on the bird styles. Now, people can experience the power of the birds through the Taking Flight with DISC training program. In Chameleon Leadership, leaders learn how to apply the styles to better engage their team and improve results. In Chameleon Selling, salespeople can increase sales by learning how to infuse the birds into every aspect of the selling process. In ReDISCovering Conflict and Innovating IDEAs, people learn how to better manage conflict and drive innovation. Through the Coaching in Style certification, executive coaches learn how to incorporate the birds throughout their coaching process.
The ecosystem built around the Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls also extends to helping children understand themselves and guiding parents and teachers on how to interact with the children in their lives. Through the Which Bird Are You? Kids Profile and Merrick Rosenberg’s book, Which Bird Are You?, children, parents, and teachers discover the power of the bird styles.
You can learn more about yourself through Take Flight Learning’s profiles, training programs, and keynote talks by Merrick Rosenberg.
